That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all non custom Eddycrest orders. If you decide that a piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To initiate a return, please click here. If you would like to return multiple items, you will have to submit a list of the items in your return request but you could do so on the same email.
You may return most eligible items – for whatever reason – up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned product must be in unused, as-new condition.
Products should be returned in their original packaging. On the outside of the box, simply remove the old shipping label and attach the new one. On the inside, include your printed invoice slip and/or contact information, order number, and reason for return.
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs (i.e FedEx/UPS shipping label). If required, we can provide pre-paid shipping labels to make the process easier. If you choose to ship on your own account, we recommend that you choose a shipping method that is trackable.
Once we receive your package, it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition in the original packaging, we will issue a refund less return shipping fees.
If the item was purchased as a gift, you’ll be issued an in-store credit less return shipping fees.
For items purchased during a “free gift with purchase” promotion, all items including the gifted product must be returned for a full refund. If you choose to keep the free gift, we will adjust your refund amount less the value of the gift.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there have been visual damages due to shipping please take picture to record the damage, this will help us in following up with our shipping provider.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and custom made acrylic tables for you specific machine. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
